Our Mission

Each year, between 20,000–25,000 women and children from Bangladesh are trafficked into India for sexual exploitation.

James 1:21 scripture verseRun to the End is a fundraiser to support those working in Bangladesh to rescue girls from unsafe situations and restore the hope and purpose into their lives that God created them for! Calvary Assembly and the Rochester community are running (and many walking!) towards an end to the injustice in Bangladesh and hope for a bright future! No matter your background – we would love to have you join us!

Smiling girlWe will be running/walking on Saturday, June 8 at 10am at Black Creek Park. A $10 registration fee includes a Run to the End t-shirt. 100% of the proceeds from this event benefit Ahki’s Place—a home for girls in Bangladesh. Akhi’s Place can house up to twelve girls, and currently is home for seven girls all under the age of nine. These girls were rescued from brothels and are being raised in a safe and loving environment while being attending school and receiving additional training in English, computer skills, and Biblical teaching. They are blessed with three nutritious meals a day and opportunities for their future.

Participate in Run to the End to help this ground-breaking work to continue and take steps towards making our world a safer, more hopeful one for girls in Bangladesh!
